Manufacturing an Airbus A350

ITER
ITER is one of the most ambitious energy projects in the world today and will be the first fusion device to produce net energy.
Our cranes will move a 1500t part ( weight of 4 fully loaded Boeing 747 ) and place it in the machine with a precision of 1 mm !
Hydro Karmoy Technology Pilot
Hydro started producing the first aluminium metal at the technology pilot in Karmøy, marking the start of verifying at an industrial scale the world’s most climate-and energy efficient aluminium technology.
NKM Noell was awarded the turn-key delivery – design, fabrication of :
- 3 Pot Tending Machines -PTM-,
- One Transfer Gantry System -TGS and connecting clamps.

VARD
The vessel has been fitted with our 550-tonne vertical lay tower capable of laying pipe in demanding conditions and at great depths. It also has an under-deck basket capacity of some 3,800 tonnes.
The equipment were delivered under our brandname IMECA , REEL’s brandname for offshore activities.
